A bunch of happy, full kids on St. George's DayThat we celebrated St. George's Day last Thursday (April 23rd). While many people here are very familiar with St. Patty's Day (the patron saint of Ireland), the lesser known (in the US) patron saint of England is St. George. Since Chris is English and bears the namesake of said patron saint, we celebrated St. George's day in fine fashion...with a full English breakfast! The menu included sausage, bacon, fried eggs, sauteed mushrooms, baked beans, hashbrowns, friend tomatoes, and bread (fried of course, haha!). Once again Chris' cooking did not disappoint...it was delicious!
